Ensnaring Strike

{e}: The next time you hit a creature with a
weapon ATK, a writhing mass of thorny vines
appears on them, and the target must mkae a
STR save or be restrained by the magical vines
spell end. Large+ creatures have ADV on save.
While restrained, the target takes 1d6 piercing
DMG at the start of its turns. The target or a
creature can use its ACT to make a STR save
against your DC, on success the target is freed.
