Enstablish Borders

Search your library for a Plains card, put
it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle
your library.
If an opponent controls more lands than
you, instead search your library for two
Plains cards, reveal those cards, and put
one onto the battlefield and the other
into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
