Entangling Blade

As this blade strikes the foe, vines burst from the earth to bind the target.
Pick one of the bearer's melee weapons to be
an Entangling Blade. If the bearer scores 1 or more hits on an enemy HERO or MONSTER with that weapon, subtract 1 from hit rolls for that enemy HERO or MONSTER until the
end of the phase in which the hits were scored.
