Red mana was used to cast Enthusiasm
Elemental, then it has +1/+0, if Green mana
was used, it has +0/+2.
When Enthusiasm Elemental enters play and
until it leaves play, target creature has haste.
Creatures with Haste or Flash have both and
must attack each turn if able.
