Entropy Cascade

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep,
choose a permanent type. That player sacrifices
two permanents of the chosen type. Put an
entropy counter on Entropy Cascade for each permanent sacrificed this way.
{u}{u}{b}{b}{r}{r}, Remove ten entropy counters
from Entropy Cascade, then sacrifice it: Exile all
but the top two cards of each opponent's library.
