Envy

If a permanent would enter the battlefield under
your control, instead choose a permanent an
opponent controls that shares a card type with it.
If you do, it enters as a copy of that permanent. Otherwise, put it onto the battlefield.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
exile a card from an opponents graveyard that
shares a card type with it. If you do, the spell you control becomes a copy of that spell. You may
choose new targets for the copy.
