Ephemeral Fluxwave

Target player shuffles their library, then reveals cards from the top until they reveal a land card. Put that card onto the battlefield tapped, and the rest on the bottom in a random order. If a non-blue creature card is revealed this way, exile it and create a token that's a copy of it, except it's a Blue Illusion in addition to its other types with"Gains -1/-1 after your upkeep."
