When E'Quell enters the battlefield, if you cast
it, exile your graveyard.
Whenever E'Quell deals combat damage to a
player, chose an instant or sorcery card exiled
with E'Quell at random, you may cast it without
paying its mana cost. Then return E'Quell to it's
owner's hand.
