Equinox The Gift Bearer

At the beginning of your upkeep you may put
a gift counter on up to one of each permanent
type among permanents your opponents control
Whenever a gift counter is put on a permanent
this way you may draw a card,
if you do pay 1 life for each card drawn this way.
At the beginning of each opponents upkeep that opponent sacrifices each permanent with
a gift counter on it unless they pay 1 life for each
gift counter
