Equitable Cleansing

Starting with you, each player chooses one that has not been chosen if able -
* Destroy all creatures with power 2 or less.
* Exile all creatures with power greater than 2 and less than 5.
* Put all creatures with power 5 or greater on the bottom of their owners' libraries in a random order.
