Equivalence

Each player chooses a number of nonland, noncreature permanents they control equal to
the number of nonland, noncreature permanents controlled by the player who controls the fewest, then sacrifices the rest. Players discard cards, sacrifice lands, sacrifice creatures, and exile cards in their graveyard
the same way.
