Equivalent Exchange

As an additional cost to cast Equivalent
Exchange, sacrifice a permanent you control.
You may cast target artifact, enchantment,
instant, or sorcery from a graveyard this turn
without paying its mana cost.
Humankind can not gain anything without first
giving something in return. To obtain, something of
equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law
of equivalent exchange.
