Eraserhead

When Eraserhead enters the battlefield you may
tap target creature (Erasure). If you do, tap Eraserhead. Eraserhead doesnt untap until target creature leaves the battlefield.
Creatures tapped by Eraserhead cant untap, lose passive abilities, and cant activate abilities while Eraserhead is on the battlefield.
When a creature tapped by Eraserhead leaves the battlefield, untap Erasure head.
