Erasure of Order

Whenever Erasure of Order is put into a graveyard
or exile, put it onto the battlefield under its owners
control.
At the beginning of each upkeep and end step, all
players shuffle X cards or permanents into their
opponents library and draw X cards, where X is the
number of cards each player has in hand. Any cards
put into exile or a graveyard while Erasure of Order
is in play are shuffled into their owner's opponent's
library.
