Ereli, the Usurper

When you cast Ereli, the Usurper, starting with
you, each player may choose to pay a certain
amount of life. Repeat this process until everyone
has chosen not to pay anymore life. Then the
player who payed the most life becomes the
monarch.
Whenever you pay one or more life, Ereli, the
Usurper gets +3/+0 and gains haste, lifelink,
ward {2}, and can't be blocked until end of turn.
