Choose target creature or player, then an opponent chooses target creature or player. Flip a coin. If you win the flip, Erratic Flare deals 1 damage to the creature or player you chose. If you lose the flip, Erratic Flare deals 1 damage to the creature or player your opponent chose.
Storm (When you cast this spell, copy it for each spell cast before it this turn. You may choose new targets for the copies.)
