Eruption Elemental

When Eruption Elemental enters the battlefield, destroy target creature. Eruption Elemental deals damage to each creature
equal to the that creature's toughness. Eruption Elemental enters the battlefield
with a +1/+1 counter on it for each creature destroyed this way.
