Eruptive Flamekin

At the beginning of your upkeep, put three +1/+1 counters on Eruptive Flamekin. Then, if it has nine or more +1/+1 counters on it, it deals 3 damage to each other creature.
At the beginning of your end step, if Eruptive Flamekin has nine or more +1/+1 counters on it, remove all +1/+1 counters from it.
It stays dormant until the flames get what they want.
