Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, choose one:
-Tap or untap target creature you control.
-Creatures you control have "{ut}: Scry 1, then
draw a card." until end of turn.
Pact (You can have two commanders if both have pact. If the two commanders share a creature type, they cost {x} less to cast, where X is number of times the commander's been cast.)
