: Each player has no maximum handsize. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player mills cards equal to their hand.
+2: Esaekai, the Blue becomes a 4/4 blue Dragon with flying and shroud until end of turn.
-10: Each player shuffles their hand and their graveyard into their library, then draws that many cards.
