Escape Rope

Put target creature an opponent controls on top
of its owner's library. Search that player's library
for a creature card and put it onto the battlefield
under their control. Then their library must be shuffled.
Shuffle target creature you control into its
owner's library. Play a creature card from your
hand onto the battlefield without paying its
cost(s).
