Essence of Ignorance

Essence- At the beginning of the game and
whenever Essence of Ignorance is put into
the command zone, if Essence of Ignorance is
your commander, each player exiles the top card
of their library.
Put a page counter on target card without a page
counter in exile. Copy that card. You may cast
that copy this turn.
Essence of Ignorance can be your commander
