Essence of Vulcatrix

Said to be distilled from Vulcatrix's last breath, this
potent potion can empower the strong or destroy the
weak.
Once per battle, at the start of your hero phase,
the bearer may drink the Essence of Vulcatrix.
If they do so, roll a dice. On a 1, the bearer
suffers D3 mortal wounds. On a 2+ add 1 to hit
and wound rolls for the bearer until your next
hero phase.
