When ever a opponent draw a card: Unless they pay {1} : You get 1 mana orb (its a mana in your mana pool that you can spend for mana of any color, it dosent disappeare until you spent it). Whenever a opponent draw a card: unless they pay {2} : You may draw 1 card.
