Whenever Etali attacks, exile the top card of each players library, then each opponent may cast
their exiled card by paying life equal to that
spells mana value rather than paying it's mana
cost. Then you may cast any spells exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
You and permanents you control cannot be
targeted by spells your opponents cast this way.
