Eternal Condemnation

For each player, choose a creature they control. That player may sacrifice that creature. If they do, amass X where X is it's
mana value. Otherwise, they gain 3 life and
each other player draws a card. If three or
more cards were drawn this way, each player
may gain 1 life and amass 1.
Each life suffers as one.
