You may cast Eternal Eclipse only if you have 10
or less life.
Exile all permanents. Eternal Eclipse deals 10
damage to each opponent and you gain life equal
to the total damage dealt this way. Each player
discards their hand and exiles all cards from all graveyards. Then, each player draws seven cards.
