Will of the Council --- Name a permanent on the field or spell on the stack. Starting with you, each player votes for fun or not fun. If not fun gets more votes or the vote is tied, exile the named permanent or spell and all other cards with the same name as that permanent or spell. Then each player reveals their hands and exiles all cards with the same name as that creature, then do the same for each player's library. Finally the named card losses all financial value on the secondary market.
