When you planeswalk to Eternal Restitution or at the beginning of your upkeep discard a card.
Whenever a player cast their first spell of each turn, each other player may cast a spell from their graveyard for free that has equal converted mana cost to the cast spell.
Chaos: Return a card from each graveyard to their owners hand.
