Eternal Resummoning

Whenever a creature is put into a graveyard
from anywhere, it's owner may pay 3 life. If
they do, return that creature to the
battlefield under that player's control.
Whenever a creature enters the
battlefield, each opponent gains 1 life and
you draw a card.
