Etherial Shuffle

Exile all non-land cards in play, then each player chooses an opponent.
For each non-land permanent exiled each player chooses a card in their chosen opponent's library of the same type and puts it into play under their control.
After all permanents are put into play, shuffle all cards in graveyards and exile into their owners library.
