+1: Evan's gonna top. Look at the top 3 cards of your library, then put them back in any order. Then do it again ... but to your opponent.
-2: Evan's gonna pop off. Until end of turn, whenever a land you control is tapped for mana, add one additional mana of any color.
-8: Evan just wants to dance. Destroy all creatures your opponents control, then each opponent discards three cards.
