+2: Each player reveals the top card of their library and puts it into their hand, then each opponent discards a card.
-2: Look at the top card of each player's library, for each player, you may put a card from that player's graveyard on top of that player's library.
-9: Search each player's library for a card and exile it, you may cast cards exiled this way without paying their mana cost.
