Split Second (This spell must be cast. Exile all other spells on the stack. No players may cast spells until
this spell resolves)
For each permanent type, each player sacrifices
down to the lowest number of said permanents
on the battlefield. Then, each player draws up to
seven cards. If a player has more than seven cards
in hand, that player discards down to seven regardless of hand size requirements.
