Evera's Hook (Magic Sickle)

The hook glistens in the light, slightly too large to be a
normal hook hand but too small to be a weapon.
This hook can be placed over a humanoid's hand.
You can use the hook to make a ranged attack
(range 10/30). If the attack hits, the hook deals
an additional 1d4 necrotic damage, and if the
creature is Large or smaller, the target is pulled
10 ft closer to you.
