Evermeow

Eminence- Whenever a Cat enters the battlefield
under your control, as long as Evermeow is in
your command zone or on the battlefield, you
may search your library for a Cat creature card
and exile it. Shuffle your library. Until end of
turn, you may cast that card. At the beginning of
the next upkeep, if that card is in exile, put it on
top of your library.
When Evermeow enters the battlefield put a
+1/+1 counter on each Cat you control.
