Enchant land
If enchanted land's controller would draw a card while they control a creature, they may tap an untapped creature they control. If they don't, they don't draw that card.
Creatures with the same controller as enchanted land have "Whenever this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, counter it unless its controller pays {1}."
