Eversmoking Bottle

Removing the stopper (1 action) releases a cloud
of smoke in a 60-foot radius. The cloud's area is
heavily obscured. Each minute the bottle is open,
the radius increases by 10 feet until it reaches a
maximum of 120 feet.
The cloud persists as long as the bottle is open.
Stoppering the bottle requires its command word
and an action . Once closed, the cloud disperses
after 10 minutes. The smoke can be dispersed by
a moderate wind(11 to 20 mph) in 1 minute or a
strong wind (21 mph or more)
