Removing the stopper (1 action) releases a cloud
of smoke in a 60-foot radius. The cloud's area is
heavily obscured. Each minute the bottle is open,
the radius increases by 10 feet until it reaches a
maximum of 120 feet.
The cloud persists as long as the bottle is open.
Stoppering the bottle requires its command word
as an action. Once closed, the cloud disperses
after 10 minutes. The smoke can be dispersed by
a moderate wind (11 to 20 mph) in 1 minute or a
strong wind (21 mph or more).
