Evil Clone

Evil Clone comes into play as a duplicate
of any creature in play, except that
its a cat in addition to its creature type.
If there is a Kicker or {x} in the casting cost,
these can be paid for with {b}, and any
abilities with mana costs may be activated
using {b} in place of other mana colors.
