Evil Morty

{p/w}Control: Evil Morty implants a chip into the enemy's brain that controls them through radio waves from his eyepatch. Radio waves have the longest wavelength and frequency and are at the low end of the electromagnetic spectrum. This makes you able to take the enemy and add it your team. If Evil Morty dies and the enemy card is still alive then the enemy can take back their card.
