Ex Post Facto Law

Swap out one card in your hand for another card in your deck.
Ex Post Facto Law is when a certain crime is
committed, and then the law is passed regarding
that crime. This can retroactively change the
consequences of the crime. This kind of law is
prohibited in the US Constitution.
