Executioner

Executioner gets +1/+1 for each mana in your mana pool.

When Executioner deals combat damage to a creature, its controller loses life equal to the damage dealt. When Executioner deals combat damage to a player, you may destroy target creature that player controls with toughness equal to or less than the damage dealt.
