- When the gemstone glows, the guillotine blade can be shot up to 10ft and targets take 4d6 slashing damage(1 action). After the action is performed, the gemstone loses its glow.
- When an attacker misses an attack roll, they hit the shield instead. When the shield is hit twice, the gemstone begins to glow
