Whenever you scry, you may have target opponent reveal the top card of his library, if it is an instant or sorcery you may cast it for its normal mana cost as if it had flash. Artifact creatures you cast cost {1} less. {flavor}Exethanter was a wizard who came to the Amber Temple to discover the secret of becoming a lich. He reanimated many of the dead guardians as flameskulls and freely shared the dark knowledge contained within the Amber Temple. But he later lost his memory, his health, and his spells.
