When Exhaustive Beast deals damage to a creature
or planeswalker, tap that permanent. It does not
untap during its controller's untap step.
When Exhaustive Beast deals damage to a player,
tap three target lands that player controls. They do
not untap during their controller's next untap step.
Exhaustive Beast's power and toughness cannot be raised or lowered except by damage.
