Exile target player, they gain Suspend 3. Skip their turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, a Time counter is removed. When the last Time counter is removed, the exiled player and all permanents exiled this way return to the battlefield resuming play on their turn.
While exiled, that player cannot cast spells or activate abilities. Triggered abilities of their cards cannot trigger. That player and their permanents cannot be affected by spells
