Expanding ooze
Growth - each turn, add a permanent 1/1 counter onto expanding ooze.
Devour - Whenever expanding ooze kills a card, if its toughness was below 4 then add an extra 1/1 counter to expanding ooze, a 2/2 if 4 or over, and a 3/3 if over 9.
Grievous wound - when expanding ooze takes damage, it does not heal at the end of the player turn, instead, its max toughness changes to that amount.
