Imposing Presence — At the beginning of the game, if Experiment #187 is in the command zone, you gain an emblem with "whenever you would put +1/+1 counters on a creature, put that many -1/-1 counters on that creature instead."
When Experiment #187 enters the battlefield, put up to X +1/+1 counters divided among up to X creatures, where X is the mana spent to cast it.
