Exploding Turtle

If an opponent takes a mulligan, and Exploding Turtle is in your hand, you may choose to exile Exploding Turtle. If you do,
the opponent taking the mulligan exiles all
the cards that they would have shuffled into their deck as a result of the mulligan, then continues the mulligan as normal.
